Is purchasing resort residence worth the money?
Hello All!
I am fairly new to the investing world and my husband and I have a resort residence. We are looking to add more weeks as they say we can rent our weeks since we actually own our deed. Does anyone have any experience in this at all? I find online that everyone says to run from timeshares but since it’s a residence it’s different. Would love some advice!
