Baltimore Subsidized Housing Programs

Hi! First time posting on BP. 😊 My husband and I are nearing completion on the rehab for our first rental property. We’re trying to research subsidized rental programs in Baltimore to find potential tenants. We’re familiar with Section 8 but wanted to know what others exist. Does anybody have any other organization names and/or contact info?

There's a program similar to Section 8 that's specifically for veterans, but I'll have to dig through my files to find the name of it.

Metropolitan Baltimore Quadel (MBQ)

Does Baltimore list the rents it will pay based on number of bedrooms?
