I received it and pay my portion all the time on time. Just because you are doing well don’t sit on your high horse judging people and looking down on people. If people are on section 8 that’s means they need help not everyone is a realtor and white. Stop it. It has nothing to do with the tenant if they paid their portion how you going to put someone out when it’s section 8 that’s late maybe you did the paperwork wrong. It’s probably something you know it alls did

Was this isolated post in response to a particular thread and it somehow got detached from the thread?  If not, you are doing the same thing you accuse others of:  stereotyping all of the landlords on this list.
