I have a couple SFH rentals held in an LLC in Philly. Because they are in an LLC, PGW (the local gas utility) made us go through their commercial side even though the gas service is residential. Apparently their commercial side won't allow auto-pay or even provide online access to bills.
Wondering what other Philly landlords do to simplify logistics, if you don't force the tenants to put the utility in their name.
