S.O.S. in Florida
We have three rentals in Miami area that due to the price slump here, we do not have enough equity in any of them. We have been trying to market them but we have not gotten what we expected which is not much. We are confused to continue to sell of wait for market to pick up in a few years... Due to the insurance increase and high taxation rents no longer cover all expenses...WHAT TO DO?
