Renting best practices
I have a few small to midsize multifamily properties in different cities managed by local property managers. I notice each take a little different approach to renting out vacate units (photos, ad copy, websites, electronic lockboxes, on-site rep, monitoring response times,...). I’d like to find a book, article, or guidelines on best practices for renting apartments. Any suggestions?
