Ist time landlord :) and asides from the usual suspects lease, addendums, walkthrough,  etc etc are there any
NY specific paperwork eg lead-based paint disclosures or anti-discrimination etc I need to submit to my tenants for Orange County, NY? If so, does where would I find those docs? Thanks!

Congratulations! 

According to the NYS Bar Association, a lead-based paint disclosure is the only form necessary.

@Craig S. You only need the LBP disclosure if the home was built pre-1978.
