GreatJones Property Management for Raleigh rental property

Hi,

I am interviewing PMs for managing a rental @ Raleigh. Came across GreatJones who claims no termination fees, no maintenance markup, no onboarding fees and 8% flat. 

I am buying the property and do not know about the quality of the tenant though ledger shows on time payments. The lease is new and have almost 18 months more to go. So thought a cheaper one like GreatJones is better than going with ones with all sorts of fees..

Looking to hear your feedback to this newbee, and any experience with GreatJones especially at Raleigh/RTP area.
