Emerald Island, Kissimmee, FL advice. Newbie STR Investor!

Hi, 

Hi, I'm looking for advice on vacation rental properties in Kissimmee, Fl, specifically at Emerald Island resort. If any one has experience with owning in that area or in that resort, I would love to hear your experience.
The unit I am looking for 350k, it is a 7B/4.5Bath.  Would love some feedback on the market. I am a newbie investor so any input is welcome!
