Looking for good rates and closing costs on an investment in TX
Team,
I am looking to buy and finance a single family home in TX for about 230K. I have enough reserves and income to qualify and willing to put 25% down for an investment property which is a buy and hold rental property. I am looking at financing and the closing costs are ~4k on top of which I need to buy points to bring the interest rates below 4%, Any suggestions/recommendations for lenders financing investment properties with no overlays and potential credit to offset the closing costs?
