Bank suggestions in Albany / Schenectady NY area?

I am looking to open a checking account for my rental business once I buy my next property (to keep my rental expenses/revenues separate from my personal stuff). Does anyone have any suggestions on any good local banks for managing your rental properties (or national banks)?
