Whoa! Amazing Resource for Tracking COVID-19-Related Evictions

The Eviction Lab at Princeton University has built the first nationwide database of evictions data. Updated weekly, it shows a wealth of data, including monthly trends and current moratorium status, all broken down by city.

They've also built a comprehensive database of COVID-19-related policy initiatives, including foreclosure and eviction moratoriums and utility shutoff bans. The data is organized by city, county, state, and federal.
