Master Leasing Insights
Hello!
The master leasing in my area is essentially having an agency be on the lease and they would be responsible for finding tenants, paying the rent, having an employee check the house, and tenants whom general can use the help such as victims of domestic violence, homelessness, mental health, etc. I know the players and town and have yet to broach an agreement until I move until my next home. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience and insight they would like to talk about, such as tips and tricks with this agreement, lease, management, etc. Overall it seems like a win win for the landlord, agency, and tenants, but want other's opinion as well.
