We are renovating one of our apartment units. Looks like we will be going with cabinets that have plywood base/frame and hardwood faces (already assembled sections). I don't know what finish is best (most durable):  painted or stained.  Any suggestions?

@Jacki Moya  I personally prefer painted cabinets rather than staining them. Painted cabinets, tend to offer a clean, smooth and sleek aesthetic. If you're using good quality paint, these should hold up pretty well.
