Getting Garage Apartments Rented...
Any words of wisdom from more experienced folks on the best ways to advertise a garage apartment? Not getting a lot of response on my first Craigslist ad and they're even goofier than SFH renter candidates. I'm thinking business cards and flyers in area businesses and eateries... after that I'm a bit stuck.
