Im looking to buy and hold here in South Jersey. Ive looked for awhile now for a property around here that I could buy and rent out for a positive cash flow but I'm having a really hard time finding one. The only properties I see that would cash flow are in the city of Camden but it has one of the worst crime rates in the country... Should i be a slum lord lol?
If anyone can help or is in South Jersey please let me know where I should be looking to buy and hold properties that will cash flow. thanks
You are facing an issue potential landlords face across the country. There are many good cash-flowing properties out there that are in bad neighborhoods. Being a landlord in a tough neighborhood presents challenges, however if the property is a moneymaker it is worth consideration. You need the stomach for it, though.
