Master Leases in Texas?

I just listened to a David Tilney YouTube video talking about Master Leases. However, I’ve heard that Master Leases are illegal in Texas. Can anybody clarify what Texas allows in regards to Master Lease Agreements?

I have taken David Tilney's class recently. I'm in Houston.There are plenty of people in Texas who have taken his class and that do master leases.  I would suggest you take the class so you can talk to them. David has a large online forum where you can converse with others who have taken his course.

I'm not an attorney or licensed in Texas, but I did a quick Google search and don't see anything saying they are illegal. In fact, I found a Master Lease from the Texas Government: CLICK HERE

@Travis Fairbairn RUN AWAY! Some companies do it well with stock market triggers that allow them to break the lease, but soo many people lack the sophistication or knowledge to keep risk low when leasing multiple properties. I can connect you with someone who knows a lot about this stuff. Text me.
