Rental Insurance policies that covers non-paying tenants?

Hello,

Does anyone know of rental insurance policies that cover non-paying tenants? I know most policies do cover loss rent in the event of like a fire or flood situation but not if the tenant stops paying rent and refuses to move out. In the current climate i would be very interested in a policy that would cover some of that. Currently got a duplex i am about ready to rent out and even with all the proper tenant screening you never know these days.
