Are you looking to invest in a fund that provides the operating capital for a hard money shop?
Most which are reputable, of any size require the LPs to be accredited investors.
Are you familiar with the term Accredited Investor?
@Mark C. try looking at verivest.com, they show real estate based funds in which they have done some due diligence already.
@Mo Reza Torkzahrani I'm sorry, I don't know. My recommendation is to find a quality commercial mortgage broker; they will be able to steer you well for your specific situation.
