We will be having another Monthly Meetup on Friday, February 5th, from 5 PM (Central Time) onwards, at Hops and Hounds. We will be having another educational topic to discuss, Property Management (landlord/tenant issues, liabilities, Federal/State laws, etc), so please come by and enjoy some new knowledge and wonderful socializing. @David Brent, at this point we will be doing in person meet ups and don't have a Zoom set up. On Feb 5th meeting, we have a property manager who will be talking about some Texas specific aspects of property management.
