Speaker: Mark Schley

Mark and Susan Schley are the owners of Foxboro Property Management.

Mark is originally from Owen, WI. He grew up on a dairy farm where he learned the value of hard work and perseverance. After graduating from a small private high school, he went to Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN. There he earned his degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Ethics.

Susan is originally from Withee, WI. She grew up on a farm raising steers, and her first pet was a white Charolais steer named Gideon! After high school, she went to college at Normandale in Bloomington, MN to study psychology.

We were married in 2002 and now have two children, Nate and Hannah who are young adults. Nate is working for us as a maintenance technician and carpet cleaning expert, and Hannah has started her own cleaning business and enjoys hanging out with her dog, Everest.

We bring with us the knowledge and experience necessary to be successful in this industry. Our family, both the Foxboro family, and our own, look forward to working with folks in the Chippewa Valley for many years to come!

AJ Minaker

AJ first became interested in real estate in 2006. After years of contemplating, he bought his first house, a duplex that he and his wife made home for four years. Since then, they have purchased additional units and begun rehabbing single family homes.

AJ lives with his wife and children in the Eau Claire area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, personal training, and he recently started coaching youth basketball. The challenge of investing in real estate is something AJ enjoys.

He is always looking to share his knowledge and to continue learning about every facet of real estate.

Shaun Tutor

Shaun became interested in real estate two years ago. He has a home improvement company and investing company, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.

Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. His first company he built, started in 2017 and sold in November of 2021 to focus on real estate. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Mimi and taking cruises in one of his classic cars.
