Monthly Real Estate Investor Meetup

Join us at Iowa Taproom on the 2nd Tuesday of each month to hear guest speakers on various real estate topics as well as the opportunity to network with like minded individuals.

We will discuss how an investor can better understand and protect themselves from low appraisals when buying a dilapidated property, with plans to fix it up.
How the appraisal process works when buying a property that needs a lot of repairs vs a poor flip.
We will also talk about what the appraisal process is: how an appraisal is ordered, who orders it, how it is "taken", and how it is presented to the buyer and the bank.
