Guest Speaker for January is Bradley Cladianos

Topic: Outdoor Hospitality Industry. How to find deals, what to look for, and what it looks like investing in RV Parks, Campgrounds and Marinas.

Bio:

Bradley Cladianos is an entrepreneur and real estate investor who invests in RV Parks, Campgrounds, and Marinas. He is a General Partner on a 96 space 3 cabin resort in Center Point, Iowa. As well as a GP on a 134 space RV resort and 35 Unit motel outside of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Bradley was born in Reno and attended Arizona State University. He graduated with a BA in Environmental Science. After graduation he fixed up an old sail boat and attempted to sail around the world. He noticed that many of the sailors he met along his journey were involved in real estate and that is where his interest was born. While working in Australia he met his wife Rebecca. Rebecca is from Copenhagen, Denmark and they ended up living together there for two years. While living in Copenhagen Bradley started a paint and drywall company focusing on heavy remodels. His goal was to meet investors and learn about rehabbing properties. In the start of 2022 Bradley and Rebecca moved to Reno to pursue Real Estate.

Bradley works as an Acquisitions Specialist with Happy Camper Capital. Happy Camper Capital is a private equity firm which purchases outdoor hospitality assets leveraging investor capital. In his role he searches for primarily off market RV Parks, Campgrounds, and Marinas. As an acquisitions specialist he underwrites new opportunities, conducts due diligence, creates a pro forma, sets up financing, and positions the property for closing.

He also works with CCI investments. CCI is a Mobile Home Park consultancy company and brokerage. In this role he searches for Mobile Home Parks on and off market and creates pro formas and turnaround plans for CCI’s clients.
