Thursday February 13th at 6pm we will have our regular monthly meeting. This month we feature Jimmy Luke of Titan Financial. Jimmy is a local CPA who is also a licensed Realtor, owned a portfolio of over 160 homes and is also a certified General Contractor. He will be talking about taxes ( I promise it will be interesting and very informative )
We will have 2 early bird meeting starting at 6pm - 7pm. Main meeting starting at 7pm and will go till about 9pm.
Deanna Vaughn of King & Vaughn will talk about how you can lower your property taxes to increase your cash flow and Kevin Perk will host Getting Started Right which is a great meeting for new investors.
First time visitors are free. Yearly membership is only $150/person.
