Hi BP Members!! Here's your monthly Nationwide Apartment Investors Luncheon Reminder for April.

We start each meeting with a guest expert who will educate us on a type of investment or strategy to help us all make more passive income. After that, we open up the meetings to nationwide networking. You can tell people about yourself, where you're located, where you're interested in finding investment properties and what type, and, you can ask for others who might be interested in the same areas to network and/or partner with you on your projects.

After defining the separate and combined metrics for financial freedom and psychological freedom, he will talk about the transition from active real estate investing to passive investing in private placements as an LP that leads to the Ultimate Passive Investor Endgame.
