Calling all Colorado Landlords! Join us as Drew Bartlett talks with us about Colorado Landlord/Tenant legislation. If you have not been paying attention there has been a flurry of new laws passed over the last few years that directly affect your rental and your bottom line. Come and learn from the pros about how these new laws impact your business and how to best adapt to the new regulations in place.
Drew Bartlett joined Dorman Real Estate in 2018 after relocating to Colorado Springs. With a 14-year background in radio across Kansas and Texas—serving in management, sales, and as an award-winning on-air host—Drew eventually sought a more permanent home and career. Real estate proved to be a natural fit, allowing him to leverage his communication and sales skills while building lasting relationships through property management. Drew holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Kansas State University. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, playing guitar, and walking his dog.

The event starts at 6pm with some light networking as attendees arrive, followed by a round of speed networking before we dive into the presentation. We will then end the evening with a Q&A session and group networking to round off the night.
