The North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association (@NSDREI) would like to invite you to our monthly meeting on January 20, 2015 at the El Camino Country Club, Oceanside, Ca.

2015: Eyes Wide Open

Come listen to full-time real estate insiders to learn what they are hearing, doing, and staying away from.

What better way to make informed decisions in the New Year than to hear the perspectives of the real estate professionals in the thick of it full time? Our all-star local industry-experts will discuss what they are encountering in their local markets, what obstacles and challenges they see ahead, and how to best prepare your business for the upcoming year.

The knowledgeable panel will consist of:

@Bob Bass ~ Bob Bass is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years of experience and has completed thousands of appraisals within that time. He has a well-rounded background having sold real estate in North County for several years.

@Doug Van Soest  ~ Doug is a former Real Estate Appraiser of 8 years. He and his wife, Andrea, have been rehabbing and wholesaling houses for the last 6 years. They have also acquired and manage 51 rental properties, and counting, while currently buying an average of 5 to 6 houses per month.

@Steve Roseberry ~ Steve has been a general Contractor for over 25 years, a CREI Certified Home Inspector for 7 years, and in the construction trade for more than 35 years. Steve also is a co-founder of Wounded Warrior Homes, which displays his passion for supporting the military community and those dealing with the challenges presented by Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
