David owns a $60MM real estate portfolio with $30MM in real estate notes and $30million in real estate. Owns and manages over 1MM square feet of commercial real estate and sells over 100 residential properties per year. His real estate portfolio has included office buildings, apartment complexes, single family residential properties, grocery stores, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, and churches. David is an angel investor and specializes in buying all types of real property for cash and then owner financing them. He manages a small business incubator, provides consulting services to small businesses, and runs a full-service real estate company.
