I host a Real Estate Meetup monthly in Oklahoma City and would like to invite everyone in the area to attend. This meetup is designed to bring like minded investors together to discuss everything real estate. We do not sell tapes, books or DVD's. We do not promote seminars. We get together to network and learn from each other. Every month we have a topic to discuss but the conversation can go in many directions depending on whose in attendance.
This month we are talking about finding cash investors who will partner with wholesalers and share in the profits verse just paying an assignment fee. Meeting attendees will leave with ideas on how to generate leads from motivated sellers and an actual relationship with cash investors who are willing to share up to 50% of the profits.
