LANCE ALLRED First Legally Deaf NBA Player and Salt Lake City Native Hearing impaired since birth and raised in a polygamist commune, Lance Allred has a story that is truly one of a kind. With limitations constantly being placed on him, Lance defied the odds and became the first legally deaf player in NBA history. But that first NBA contract and his book deal, much to his disillusionment would not provide the peace that he had hoped for. For the first time on stage, Lance Allred will share how he finally found it and how you can too.

DOUG CLARK Equity Capital Group & Clark Venture Capital Born and raised in Utah, Doug Clark graduated in 1997 from the University of Utah Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in economics and science. He worked for Colgan Air as a First Officer and Captain until 2004, when he was hired by SkyWest Airlines. Clark continued to work as a pilot part-time and weekends while he started Equity Capital Group and Clark Venture Capital in early 2005. He had gained a great wealth of knowledge about the industry and started giving advice to his co-pilots on flights. Doug realized how much he enjoyed helping others succeed using real estate. In 2011, Clark left SkyWest to focus his interests solely in the real estate market. Since 2005, his companies Equity Capital Group and Clark Venture Capital have purchased nearly 50 million dollars in property.
