It has been a while and we've been busy with different flip projects but it would be nice to get the local Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland BP members together for few beers and networking.
We've learned some valuable lessons on our last flip as it relates to permitting, architect draws and dealing with General Contractors that we are hoping to share with the group.
