About the Speaker
Gary has been an active investor in real estate and notes for over 25 years. After high school, he attended the Oregon Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering. Over the next sixteen years, he worked for Hewlett-Packard as director of research and development in the LaserJet business unit and earned a Master of Science degree in management from Purdue University. During that time, he applied what he had learned from his parents, Volny, and other mentors: how to buy real estate and build assets that generate cash flow. At the age of 38, he retired from the rat race and became a full-time investor.
