It’s Deals of The Year at REAPS This month, the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) is hosting what many consider to be the most valuable gathering for real estate investors in all of Washington state. Learn how real investment strategies paid off big or failed miserably as told by the men and women who executed the deals – the investors themselves. This year we will be mixing it up a bit.  The room will be set up for some structured networking, appetizers and a no-host bar. So please come join us at this fun reception  where we will ALSO be honoring our most treasured members OUR VOLUNTEERS of course. In previous years, investors have discussed such topics as foreclosures, renovations, tenant management, apartment building investments and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
