Every Thursday morning at 7am, Investors and Realtors come hang out and talk real estate. This is free though you are expected to at least buy coffee if not breakfast for use of the space. You gotta have breakfast, you might as well join us and connect!
Topics always include rehabbing, finance, contractors and houses but often we go off on tangents like skiing in France, sailing, having strokes and doing Tough Mudders.
You never know who you will me or what you will learn.
