He is the President and Founder of The DeRosa Group which is a developer of commercial and residential property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate.” Over the last twelve years, DeRosa has grown from owning a duplex to owning and managing over six million dollars in residential and commercial assets throughout the central NJ and Philadelphia area.
