Denver House Hacking 101

Want to house hack, but feel stuck doing tons of analysis? Our goal is to help you fill in the gaps and motivate you to get out and make the next move. 

One of the biggest things missing for new investors is the confidence to go out and make things happen. Here are the steps we will be taking to help instill the drive to get your investing career started. 

1. Send 2 or 3 properties from the MLS to the students to do their own analysis before day of class.

2. Go as a group to each property to compare numbers, modify numbers based on the actual property condition and figure out real world scenarios of how and if a property would work for house hacking.

3. Meet with current house hackers to get their insights and potentially see a currently hacked multiplex.

There is a limited amount of space for this class so please PM me with interest. I would classify this as an "Intermediate Newbie" level class. This is for folks who have been running numbers on properties, but need further insight into how to fully work through final calculations.
