Hands on Meetup: Before, During, and after Rehab
Purpose: To educate and network with both new and experienced investors through an actual rehab project.
Location: 178 Enwood Dr, Charlotte, NC 28214, 2100 sq. ft. 3/2 brick ranch with a full gut rehab. Home is located in Coulwood Subdivision. Take the Mt. Holly exit off I-485.
Three Saturdays over 10 weeks: start to finish: July 30 (Meeting 1), Aug 27th(Meeting 2), Oct 1st(Meeting 3) 9:00- 11:00 am.
You will experience before rehab, during rehab and finish product.
- 1.Learn how to buy: Contest, what would you pay for this house in this condition?
- 2.Learn the rehab process: Contest, What would you estimate the rehab of this house?
- 3.Learn the after retail (ARV) strategy: Contest, What would estimate the ARV of this home to be?
All of our details regarding purchase, rehab and ARV will be shared with participants.
- 4.Bonus contest: What would you do with this room? There is a large bonus room that needs a special design suggestion?
Contest: $50.00 awarded to individual with best estimate to each of the 3 answers and best bonus room design suggestion. Total $200 awarded just for fun!
Open to all investors, wholesalers, rehabbers or those who want to learn to be.
