About The Speaker:Louis Bardis began his real estate career in 2005 with Benchmark Lending Group, Inc. In 2010, Louis began working for a small private lending brokerage in Marin County, CA. There, he selected and underwrote loan opportunities for high-net worth clients. In 2012, Louis partnered with FJM Investments, LLC to form Northern California Mortgage Fund, II, III, IV, V, and VI, LLC. Louis is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and the continued performance of the loans placed into the funds. In the same year, Louis created Theta Real Estate, LLC to further various real estate investment activities in the single family market. He graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from the University of San Francisco and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
