About the Speaker

In the past 20+ years, Nathan Parrott had one employer – Corporate America with all its perks, benefits, and drawbacks. After being laid-off 5 times, Nathan realized he needed more than a steady corporate job to better control his life and its financial aspects. Nathan decided to focus his hard-earned resources and put them to work in real estate.

Early on, he decided to join the Simply Do It network as an investor-student and has since invested in multiple rentals and flips.

These days, Nathan has graduated to become part of Simply Do It as both a trainer and short-term investing program manager.
