Who will manage your investment properties?

Join us this coming Wednesday and bring your questions for our two person panel. Experienced Property Manager @Dawn Brenengen from Trailwood Realty and also Gary Jones who owns 200+ units and manages them himself. Both have extensive experience and can give unique perspectives on the management of single family and small multifamily (under 5 units) properties. Dawn has been a guest on the BiggerPockets podcast that many of you are probably familiar with. Gary Jones has been a TREIA member for some time and has built up a large portfolio and developed systems to deal with a large volume of properties.

Register at TREIA.com to guarantee you a spot at the meeting.

Whether you already have a decent portfolio or are just getting started managing properties is something you have to consider, come and learn a few new trick and network with other great TREIA members!

Join us at our next meet at
Dave and Busters
Cary Towne Center,
1105 Walnut St e101, Cary, NC 27511

The doors will open at 6:00pm for networking and we will kick off at 6:30pm.

****Please note change in pricing. Pre-register for discounted pricing!****

Early Bird Special Pricing...
Up To 11/1/16 -- Members: $15.00 -- Non-Members: $30.00
Regular Price -- Members: $20.00 -- Non-Members: $35.00

This price includes your meal, unlimited beverages (coffee, iced tea, sodas), tax and tip.

Remember that during the “Who has a Deal” section of the meeting you must be personally involved in the deal. If you are bringing flyers to display in the room (i.e. with the details of your deal), make sure your name is on the flyer and that “TREIA Member” is displayed prominently at the bottom of the flyer. If you have a service that you provide, your service is not something to share during the “Who has a Deal” portion of the meeting, but you can still bring flyers (your service cannot be Real Estate education).

We are now allowing members to share a need with the group. If you have a need, be specific, but you cannot share that your need is money. You might need a tenant, or a partner to joint venture, or a house to buy and rehab, or education about mobile homes. Use this time to network with the group and share what your needs are as well as your deals.

Don’t forget to bring your business cards!
