The next meeting of the San Jose Real Estate Investing Club will be November 30th. Our guest speaker will be John Paiva, owner of Charity Rehabbers, LLC. John is a highly successful house flipper in the Bay Area and will share his strategies for success in the most competitive market in the country.

About The Speaker: John Paiva is the President of a Bay Area Investment Company called Charity Rehabbers, LLC. He has been Rehabbing and Wholesaling Properties for the past 6 Years. During that time, he has completed 46 Projects that have Sold for over $40M.
John is a Former Finance Executive with Cisco Systems who quit his day job about 3 years ago to become a Full-Time Real Estate Investor. One thing John enjoyed most in his time as a manager in the Corporate World was mentoring, helping employees develop their careers and giving back. As a result, since he made the switch to a full-time career in Real Estate, John has continued to spend a significant amount of time mentoring and assisting new and less experienced investors. In addition, he donates a portion of the proceeds from each sale to his family’s favorite charities supporting our troops, children and animals. When he’s not working, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son and 3 dogs.
About the Presentation: John will discuss how he began his real estate investing career, how he got where he is now, and the strategies he employs that have made him successful. But most of this meeting will be an open Q&A session with John. So be ready to ask about all facets of his business (e.g. finding deals, funding deals, investing while holding a full time job, partnering, dealing with contractors, etc).
