For our February Meetup, a variety of lenders and banks will be presenting their investor loan products.
Whether you are thinking about buying your first investment property or are a seasoned investor, this is a Meetup you won't want to miss. Each speaker will present for 15-20 mins. There will be time to speak to lenders individually as well.

Waukesha State Bank: Conventional Mortgage (1 to 4-family properties), Commercial lending (1 to any multi family, mixed use properties)
11 Capital Finance, Marty Johnston: bank loans (conventional and SBA loans), bank alternate stated loans, and on the temporary side, Renovation loans, Bridge Loans and construction loans (these three loans are available for for 1-4 unit investment properties and commercial properties).
