New Hampshire has some of the highest Real Estate taxes in the Country. It’s important that Property Owners check their Tax Assessment for accuracy so that you are not unfairly overpaying your Real Estate tax.
Property Owners in New Hampshire have from February 1 - March 1 to file for an Abatement with your local Tax Assessor. (Massachusetts Property Owners had January 1 - 31 to file for their Abatements, we covered that last month)
