What qualifies us to talk on this subject? Right now we have 7 flips going on at the same time (from simple carpet / paint to $500,000 remodel) with 11 new construction projects (from traditional single family homes to 48-unit microstudio complex) + 8 projects in feasibility stage.
We are always happy to share our approaches and help those who are seeking advice.
As usual, we keep to Questions / Answer format.
