As a flipper and wholesaler, I have looked at thousands of deals. Sometimes you find a deal that has a little money in it, but not enough to flip or wholeale. So, what do you do? You come to our meeting on March 7th, and listen to Ryan S. Nickel, who is going to be giving his incredible knowledge in the area of "Seller Financed Strategies and Flipping Lease Options!"
I have heard his strategies, and they are impressive, even for someone with lots of experience. You will literally learn how to create deals, when you are convinced you have no deal!
