- Generate a Scope of Work
- Estimate the cost of the Scope of Work
- Establish our Maximum Allowable Offer
- Decide: Do we want to flip this house?

We will start at 6:00pm Sharp!

You are welcome to drive by the property, and begin to research anything that can help you make your decision on whether or not this is a property you want to flip.
