Hello BiggerPockets members from around the NYC area.  We have another very special meetup planned just in time for Tax Season with CPA and BP Podcast guest Brandon Hall! (see below).

Brandon is known as the Real Estate CPA by many of our members and is active on the forums.  He's an investor himself with multiple multi family houses and an avid house hacker!  He's coming just in time to our meetup with some last minute advice AND future advice on how you're going to pay less $$ in taxes even with the Trump Administration in place AND why you should start a business (probably has to do with paying less taxes!)  Should be an incredible event so be sure to be there!

The event location is at 27 East 28th Street in the WeWork space. We'll start at 5:30pm and go to at least 8:30pm or until they kick us out as they did with the last one!

As I usually do, I want to personally thank Matt Rodak from FundThatFlip.com for getting us back to the WeWork space and making it happen. Thanks Matt! @Benjamin Hirsch from Regal Kitchens will also be there as will Paul Dicker from Mortgage Master, the 2nd largest non bank lender in the United States. Expect to hear from each of them during the event about the great services they provide and deservedly so. Hearing from them is the only "pitching of products or services" you'll hear outside what other members may talk to you about.

Yes hungry people there will be food at the event. We'll have Pizza of all sorts, Beer and Wine (White & Red) for everyone to enjoy.

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, or you've been out of the game and need to get back in, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for another great event!
