SE REIA is a meeting to exchange knowledge and experiences in all areas of real estate investing such as getting started, wholesaling, rehabbing, lending, short sales and foreclosures.
We will have a casual meeting every month led by industry experts and guest speakers. Open friendly forum to discuss your deals and ask about creative deal structuring.
SE REIA will have Real Estate Investors, Motivational Speakers, Authors, General Contractors, Attorneys, Agents, Title Companies, Private Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and more to speak at meetings.
SE REIA hosts has almost 30 years combined experience. Come out for dinner, networking, and gain invaluable knowledge.

5:30 Networking
6:00 Dinner (everyone order off the main menu and pay individually)

8:00 Overflow time and networking

We will be meeting at 5 Seasons North about 1-mile from Highway 400. The upstairs Loft is where the meeting will be held. We will have a couple servers to take our orders and everyone is pay their own way. Here is their online menu:
