Real estate investing can be a full time or part time business. This business is open to anyone who is ambitious and willing to learn and execute, no matter how much time they have to devote to it. There are a lot of successful investors that wholesale, flip, lend, own rental properties, and do construction while working a full time job not related to the industry.
This month, we're bringing in a few speakers who have successfully done this themselves. They will share their stories; how they got started, the pros and cons, and if any of them plan to make real estate investing their full time job at some point in the future.
