We will be holding a training on how to buy a home without using your own credit, without taking out a loan, and in many cases no or little money out of your pocket.
Roger Paschal is a Realtor, Investor and Trainer has been working Subject To's for several years, he has bought many of his homes for as little as $25 out of pocket.
Roger has been a Realtor and Investor for more than 15 years, Roger has owned several businesses throughout the years from International Manufacturing and Distributing, Printing, Retail Stores and running 4 weekly newspapers.
Roger is Married and has two adult Children and 5 grandchildren, involved in Rotary International where is the Assistant Governor in District 5790.
Roger also holds an 8 hour class on Subject to that he will be setting up later this year in the East Texas area,
